Happy Thanksgiving

Okay it is time to go around the table and tell everyone what you are thankful for,

My wonderful husband whose endless patience with me never ceases to amaze me and what a wonderful example he is to me and my children, plus he's pretty cute too.

Second my awesome kids!! They make me laugh everyday, they make me cry every week, but most of all they make my life worth living.

Next my amazing family who are so wonderful and I don't know what I would do without them in my life,

Next I have wonderful friends with whom I have such fun and who I can always call with joy, problems or some good downright B%$#$%.

Love to you all and I hope you have a wonderful HOLIDAY!!

And don't forget to be grateful especially for this beautiful world that we have been blessed to live in.

Layton High with Pride we sing thy name!!!

Okay I know I haven't posted in a really long time, we have had some sickness and some challenges, but I can be silenced to longer. And here is the reason.
LAYTON HIGH IS GOING TO STATE!!!! WAAAAHOOOO!!!!
I am so excited, not only did we spank Skyline last week that's right I said spank.
But then we shut American Fork up this week with a 28-14 win.
So awesome yeah Layton High!!!

Stories from Porter and a diagnosis

Okay so I have a sick little boy who is currently napping YEAH! And yesterday as all this fun was starting I felt his forehead and asked him if he was feeling okay and he said to me....Do I have any cavities??





Next, we are laying down for a nap today and he decides to tell me a story, I agree and off we go..


Once upon a time (always a good opener I think) there was a mommy named Shannon and a Daddy named John (good that he knows in case of an emergency) and the mommy Shannon had three babies in her tummy Brody, Catie and Porter and the mommy Shannon and the daddy John got married in the temple. (oh how proud am I) and then a dragon came and breathed fire onto the temple and the family had to run out with their three babies in mommy Shannon's tummy. (enter the four year old) Well at least part of the story had a primary feel. Hope this made you laugh!!
